Over hanging vegetation on to pathway.

Difficult walk through this pathway due to over hanging Vegetation. Exact location is behind 44 Hangerfield court. These Vegetation was on fire last year and had to call fire brigade to put out the fire. They also dumped lots of waste in this location which increases fire risk.

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
