Large hole in grass adj to climbing frame

There is a large hole forming in the grass adjacent to the children’s play area (next to the climbing frame with the slide). At a guess it’s around 500-600mm deep & just under 1m in diameter. The ground appears to be collapsing ant it’s edges. Its is very close to the children’s play area & could result in someone falling in & being hurt, especially small children.
