Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6612866.

Two mattresses at side of road, been there for months, so know it wasn't a paid for collection.

That's the problem here. You charge a silly amount for collections, yet all less responsible people have to do is flytip and report it!!!
