Drain blocked outside school

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6616644.
The drain outside of the Hardingstone Acadamy is blocked. When it rains the water does not drain and is left on the surface creating a big puddle which can cause issues on the school run.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 38 days.

We still have a problem with drainage on the road this has been going on for months.
