Trench reinstatement surface deterioration extending into the zone of influence adjacent to a trench reinstatement.
This in in regards to a trench that was dug and repaired a number of years ago. It is running along Welton Lane, on the Southern heading carriageway - I believe it then eventually cuts Westerly across into the adjacent lane (further potholes forming due to this running opposite to direction of road traffic).
This trench reinstatement is failing rapidly. So much so that it is safer to drive into traffic to avoid due to the camber of the road also dragging you into the curb. Please conduct thorough investigation. This is a dangerous matter.
