The school has cut the lower part of the hedge so that most vehicles and all pedestrians can pass easily, but the higher branches would push a larger vehicle into the centre of the road.

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
