At the junction of Bostock Avenue meeting wellingborough road the foot path is flooded and it may possibly be causing a flood into the property. Heavy down pour of rainfall where the drainage system has not coped and resulted in the footpath being flooded making it unsafe to walk along and potentially causing damage to the property as the pavements are angling into the property.
