Drains outside 4 and 6A Stratford Drive completely blocked, 2 other drains almost full.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 38 days.

First reported on the 20th October 2024. On the 15th November it was stated Defect Repair: ongoing. State changed to in progress. Has this issue now been fixed? Update please.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that the gullies were inspected on 15th November where 2 gullies were reported as blocked. We have now raised further works for a camera survey to take place of the system.
