We have a homeless person and his dog living in the disabled toilet he is using a Radar key. my husband walked past it on Friday and it smelt of weed. we have seen some men knock on door be given something and ride away. Norse do know as the cleaner took carpet out off it last week he had put down. Daventry DTC Ranger was informed but can not do anything + my husband spoke with a lady PCSO who spoke with him but still in their. A lady went to use it and she could not get in
