This drain has been blocked and has been blocked for a while this has been reported and noone has been to assess the drain please may someone look into this as it is causing flooding particularly when it rains and affects the road as well as 5 private properties please may someone look into this as it is rather distressing to the residents

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 38 days.
