Disabled toilet

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6646188.

I am concerned that Disabled people can not use the disabled toilet in Daventry New Street Public toilets due to a homeless man living there and keeping it locked from the inside . There is a large about of his things store in there . which is fire hazard . and it is really sad and disappointed that people that really need to use the facitys can not
