The bins in the private car park, the bin company went into administration. There is a problem with fly tipping in the two large bins in Bowen Square car park in Daventry. The bins were recently emptied, now people have been fly tipping again this is also causing fly tipping on the pavement at the back of the shop doors. It is causing rats
