Culvert water runoff on edge of verge before house Whitehaven on Newport Pagnell Road is blocked

The culvert is blocked by weeds and grass from verge and and grass is never cut and needs cutting all around it. It was cut before this year but has not been cut in 2024. The culvert is holding water and there is a steady trickle when there is rain. Has filled to top of water during severe weather

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the flooding has been assessed and requires a Priority 4 response. We will schedule drainage investigation work to be completed within 26 weeks. When the investigation has been completed, we will inform you of our findings and course of action. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 is 38 days.
