Dog poo bin overflowing so much we have an additional black bin located next to it containing used poo bag.

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6651140.

Dog Poo bin not emptied for sometime, overflowing. There is also a black bin next to it full of poo bags. Located in Grangewood Park next to Peregrine Place entrance.
