Damaged Footway

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6652103.
Section of footway infront of the hump warning sign on Welford Road, directly opposite the junction for Redland Drive is damaged. Tarmac has eroded considerably, leaving a vertical step of atleast 20mm to the surrounding surface.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 13 days.
