Shop blocking pavement with produce

The fruit and vegetable shop at the bottom of Abington Street is blocking half of the pavement with out door stock. If you are in a wheelchair, have a buggy or mobility scooter it is hard to get buy and pedestrians are forced into the road especially if people are at the shop. This is not a licensing issue.
