Old tram shelter opposite White Elephant

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6658143.

A couple have set up home in the old tram shelter on the racecourse. Bedding stacked and used at night, towels hanging on railings. Saw female sweeping area ready for day.
