A Slabs - Uneven / Damaged / Cracked problem has been found

Where i live, the pavements are all cracked, every single one of them, i have fallen over these cracked pavements now three times, this time is by far the worst, i tripped over wearing suitable trainers, i went flying on the right side, slammed down & really smashed my head on the concrete,i am in severe pain, i feel like i have cracked ribs, as the pain is excruciating, specially when i try & move in a certain way. i love my flat but this area is a dump, the state of the pavements are a mess, the rubbish is a constant mess & im fed up with the state of the area, you need to do something.

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 13 days.
