Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6662060.
This drain is not shown on the map - it is 10 yards into Smithland Court (right hand side when entering form Bradden Road) as shown in the photo. Heavy rain regularly causes this drain to overflow resulting in water running down Smithland Court.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 38 days.

A works order has been raised which you can follow on 6662060 and add updates. The expected completion date for these works will be on or before 28/4/25
