I’m disabled and I almost fell off this several times and now it’s fully broken. Also hedges have been trimmed but they haven’t trimmed the hedge outside. We can’t see out when driving and it’s very dangerous. The amount of times people have to slam their brakes on.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 38 days.
