Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6667120.

Report 6653641 was closed! How can WNC put parking restrictions in place and then fail to provide restriction times! Closing of the report seems strange when the restriction signs cannot be read or adhered to and were previously amended by WNC. Does this mean the restrictions are no longer in place?

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 38 days.
