Manhole cover broken, dangerously.

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6673622.

Outside number 16 a square manhole cover has been gradually getting worse, it started to make noises about 6 months ago when it was driven over. It's now making a deafening noise, and appears about to fall through. I stepped it on it when crossing the road just now and the whole thing sank under the road. This is going to cause an accident.
