Several blocked drains.

I live at the corner of henry street and st Michaels - 35 Henry St, Northampton NN1 4JD - There are several drains that are blocked and flooding the floodpath and road during heavy rain. This causes water to approach my house and is at the level of my front doorstep. Please can the drains be cleaned to prevent flooding in my home. I believe the drains in question are the one on the corner of henry and st micheals where the green pin is and the ones surrounding it. Please can you check the drains nearby this one as well both on henry street and St michaels.
