  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

  • The hedge has now been trimmed but it is still overhanging the pavement by a long way. Please can you re-inspect when the 14 days are up as unfortunately I think it is going to need another cut.
