Blocked drains and flooding during heavy rain

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6675984.
Drains on corner of Brook Street take a long time to drain water.this has been reported before and although it says its fixed but it is still a problem

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 38 days.

As a result of this flooding and the many previous reports over the last few years about Western Road, My garage was flooded due to the water rushing down my drive. Please see photos attached, would this still be a Priority 4 repair.
