• Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 38 days.

  Drain still not fixed. Last time I complained the council said it wasn't them. Anglian Water said it is not them and Thames water say it is not them. It needs fixing

  As a result of this flooding and the many previous reports over the last few years about Western Road, My garage was flooded due to the water rushing down my drive. Please see photos attached, would this still be a Priority 4 repair.
