31 scrivens hill. NN113su 24th of november approximately1300-1400hrs. reporting a flood in my house. The drains unable to cope with the amount of water but also the culvert across the street situated in the school was pouring torrential water across the car park and onto the road causes the water level to rise higher than ever know in the area. My house had around 3 feet of water, it has completely obliterated the whole of the ground floor. I had already put a claim into the insurance as my house flooded on september 23rd around 6inches but the house was still habitable, but will need to move out of the property this time.
