Numerous road chippings

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6677530.

This was previously reported but closed once the resurfacing work on velocette way was completed. At the junction with greeves close, there is a large amount of stones from the previous road damage, it hasn’t been cleared up, but is continuing to cause damage to vehicles using the road, the stones are hitting cars and paintwork is getting damaged. Please can these be cleaned up, thanks

  • Investigation: Completed (No Action Necessary) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location, and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, this defect does not meet the investigatory levels for a repair. We will continue to monitor the condition as part of our routine highway inspection schedule. Should you notice the defect worsening, please inform us by raising a new Fixmystreet enquiry.
