Ash trees with dieback

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6683782.

I recently reported above and have today been advised that problem is fixed but there has been no action and these trees that back onto Emmanuel Close are becoming a danger to properties and people

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 62 days.
