Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6684440.

These Bins for 70 Harborough Road placed at the rear on the service road are not being serviced reguarly and need urgent attention !

  • This area needs to urgently clearing and the Problem with the Local Retail / Other Units addressed see comment below from a local person who abtain more information in regards to this issue: ''This lot is getting worse though - speaking to the guys from charity shop they say it's the church. Apparently Veolia won't collect if bins are over full -so it just gets worse and worse''

  • RE: I am writing in response to your complaint with regards to missed communal waste collection for 70 Harborough Road. We have arranged for the waste bins to be collected today due to the missed collection. Going forward these will be monitored to be emptied every Wednesday as per schedule. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this has caused. I hope that the above now provides a satisfactory resolution to your concerns. If you are still not satisfied with the Stage 1 response you have the right to request that the Assistant Director for Highways and Waste reviews the matter by contacting West Northamptonshire Council on the contact details above. They will review the previous decisions and decide if they were fair and reasonable. The Council will let you know its final response within 20 working days.
