Cars parking across our driveway and unable to move cars.

We are constantly getting cars parking across our driveway or opposite our driveway making it impossible to get our car off our property. We are always getting blocked in and when the cars park opposite the drive it makes it impossible to see if pedestrians are walking on the path. This is becoming a daily occurrence. We have managed to speak to certain individuals who we have caught park there but unfortunately we don’t always see them pull up so unable to know who they are.
