  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.

  • These picture taken on 18th January 2025. On the 3rd January you gave 14 days notice before re-inspecting to see if landowners have complied. Obviously they haven't. Please arrange to for WNC to cut back and bill landowners if you desire. The pavement is a a hazard, particularly with young children, pushchairs and pets. This was first reported on the 3rd November 2024.
