Vehicle illegal crossing footway

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6710061.

There has been a van parked in the grass verge to the side of the roundabout next to the entrance to Blacky More Park at Rowtree Road / Butts Road junction. This has been happening for the past few days for the purpose to advertise their business as we've also had their leaflets posted through our door.

It appears to be illegally crossing the public adopted footway according to section 184 of the Highways Act 1980. This will result in the damage of a publicly owned asset and possibly the utility services that are underground.

The business being advertised is Professional Finish Kitchens at 4 Quarry Park Close, Moulton Park Industrial Estate, Northampton, NN3 6QB. Tel: 01604 900079
