Investigating
Large road defect caused damaged to my vehicle.
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6729967.
At about 7.45 this morning on my drive to work I hit this pothole causing both my passenger side wheels to have major damage to the wheels causing them to both deflate. I have inspected this pothole and attached pictures to show the size as I didn't have measuring equipment but roughly a meter in length and a minimum of 10 cm deep. I also have evidence from pictures using Google maps and street view showing the continued deterioration of the road since 2021. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible to get the road damage assessed and then I will get quotes for the damages to my car to be compensated.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A Community Steward has assessed the photo/s and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 16 days.
