This tree on the corner of Buckingham Road and Westminster Crescent is overgrown and over-hanging the boundary wall of the bungalow and creating a safety risk for the elderly resident. • Please provide an update. There has been no update on this case since 19 November although the two trees further up the hill had some branches removed on 18/02/25. Why was this case, reported on the same date (14/11/24) not dealt with at the same time? This larger tree continues to pose a growing risk of large branches falling into the garden and onto the roof of 1 Westminster Crescent NN13 7EE.
