The public path outside the front of 62 Greenfield Avenue is blocked by an overgrown hedge with thorns. This means that pedestrians have to move off the path to walk by and go onto the road which is dangerous. The house is empty and has been so for around 1 year. The front garden has rubbish in and is overgrown

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
