There is a broken fence on Butts Road just next to the car park of Blacky More (Tesco Express).

It has been broken for a while and not been attended to. It is a massive health and safety hazard when children walk home from School. There are exposes nails and metal which could be used as weapons. The wood also being rotted, could also allow the rest of the fence to follow.

It looks awful too, which adds to the problem.
