First sign of rain and the only drain blocked once again. This has had people come out to ‘fix’ on more than one occasion. It clearly is more than a blockage, can we please get this fixed it’s been over a year.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A Community Steward has assessed the location and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 16 days.
