Grit bin full of water

Reported via desktop in the Grit Bin - damaged/replacement category anonymously at 12:32, Fri 22 November 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6771288.

The grit bin is full of water making getting the grit out pretty troublesome. Judging by the volume of water in there - this must have been occuring over a period of time - so it may be that the bin is faulty. I also realise that by the time this is remedied and the associated priority - we will be in summer season - just not too helpful for gritting pavements as it currently stands. Tried drilling two small holes in it to try and drain some of the water out.
