Blocked drain flooding onto road

Hello,
After heavy rain yesterday the drain outside of number 3 symington street has overflown onto the road. It has also backed up to the drain outside of number 25 symington street.
The drain at the bottom of the street adjacent to spencer bridge road is clear which leads me to believe the blockage is somewhere between the drain outside of number 3 and the drain at the end of the road.
I appreciate there is lots of flooding about at the moment, but if this could be solved at some point that would be great.
Thank you.
