Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6787439.

Blocked drain causing some flooding onto street and road, and onto private property of houses 22 and 21. Blocked drain on the boundary of Westaways Garage and house 22. Not under Anglian Water.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 16 days.
