2x large potholes
Reported via mobile in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 20:57, Tuesday 26 November 2024
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6788714.
The mill lane was resurfaced most the way superbly a few years ago. A pothole appeared many months ago on the left hand side of the lane near the drain just past the farm buildings on the way down to bugbrooke mill. This has got worse and to protect this part of the lane it needs repair. Now a second much larger pot hole has appeared after the recent rain. The water has caused significant damage and need urgent repair. I believe there to be a serious drainage problem on this part of the lane. Immediately prior to both these potholes you can see the road cracking and it’s only a matter of time until this part potholes. At least 150 to 200 hgv movements and many cars use this small lane each day. Please fix the problem as concerned this newer surface will quickly go back into the poor state of repair it used to be in thanks
