One of these is a car killer. Appeared after recent heavy rains! Urgent please

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. A Community Steward has assessed the location and we can confirm that the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 2 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 7 days.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue. A works order has been raised which you can follow on 6794735 and add updates. The expected completion date for these works will be on or before 9/12/24
