Out side 21 larch lane numerous pot holes.
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6800388.
Tha hole length of larch lane needs repairs. There are numerous potholes and the juction with main road is very uneven with raised repairs where the original surface has worn away leaving the repair proud. Out side 21 there are lrge potholes where cars continue to turn around.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 62 days.

There are a number of potholes at the end of Larch Lane, where it meets the Main Road, that have been waiting for repairs. Previous repairs on those potholes have not been completed due to cones being removed and residents parking over the affected area. Residents asking for an update on when the work will be completed.

The cones where pput out last Thursday a week ago. This was done dew to the vehicles being parked blocking the area to be repaired. I rang to day to get an up date on how this work is to be progressed as the car continue to park moving said cones. The response that the works are to be carried out by 03/06/2025 seems ridiculous, if that is the nearest date that can be given with no plan to remove the parked cars then I do not see how you plan to carry out this work.

Please update when this work will be carried out as you have put no parking cones out in this area. By the way this is no mre than I was told by the highways department in WNC offices would happen not just a box standard reply.

Investigation: Completed (Duplicate), Defect Repair: Work Completed - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that these works are ongoing due to parked cars being on the defects when attending to complete the works. Works should be complete by 13/02/25 and cones will be removed on completion.
