Overhanging tree branches over property line - rear garden

Trees need trimming back/overhanging branches removed. Substantially overhanging way past property boundary into rear garden of 166 Woodpecker Way. Also creating piles of leaves from the trees - slippery, wet - slips, trips, falls hazard. Photo taken from rear of property in car parking area.

    Trees also overhanging to side of house, front garden and neighbouring properties. The trees and shrubbery all need substantially cutting back. Tree/shrubbery roots likely affecting fencing/property boundaries/gardens
