Pot hole now developed into a tyre buster
Reported via desktop in the Potholes / Highway Condition category anonymously at 10:25, Mon 2 December 2024
Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6808431.
This pot hole has now developed into one that is large enough to damage tyres and wheels. It is now growing in size quite rapidly. It is quite deep and is right where the nearside wheel should be as you travel south bound down Barby Lane where I have indicated on the map between the Oxford Canal Bridge and the turning for the Gun Club.

We hit this pothole yesterday (3.12.2024) at approx 5.20pm. It was impossible to see in darkness and thus avoid, as it was full of water. The consequence was a burst front nearside tyre (non-repairable) with further professional examination needed to see if the wheel rim has also been damaged.
