Heavy Traffic using inappropriate diversion

Due to the A361 being shut at Chipping Warden traffic is using Culworth and surrounding villages as an alternative route. These roads are unsuitable for the amount of vehicles and weight of vehicles. One example is Stagecoach buses and lorries which are going over an old stone bridge (Trafford Bridge) which will get damaged, probably collapse at this rate, closing another route! Proper diversion routes need to be addressed by Highways before it all goes horribly wrong.

There is a school in the village which means a lot of very young children on the pavements and crossing the road. There will be an accident if nothing is addressed and you will not be able to say no one told you. The A361 will no doubt be shut for months. Please pass this onto Highways asap.
