Road sign has fallen down partly into road

Reported via mobile in the Damaged / Missing / Facing Wrong Way category anonymously at 18:50, Wed 4 December 2024

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6820318.

A large rectangular road sign has come away from its pole and has fallen down onto the verge. The sign is partly encroaching into the road and is a danger to oncoming traffic. There is a bend just after the sign, and traffic having to swerve into the middle of the road to avoid the sign can’t be seen easily by traffic coming from the opposite direction.
