Bushes overgrown blocking pavement

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6823048.
The bush is covering the pavement forcing people to duck to avoid them. Those of us with prams/pushchairs are forced to walk in the road on a dangerous corner.

Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
