Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6843784.
There is a tree which has rooted on the British Telecom box which should not be there. this will cause problems when the roots get bigger with the box and the underground wiring I think. This should not be there at all. BT box at the junction of Halse Road and Pavillons Way.

Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 62 days.

Investigation: Completed (Duplicate), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. We can confirm that we have been made aware of this issue. A works order has been raised which you can follow on 6843784 and add updates. The expected completion date for these works will be on or before 17/6/25
