Gate latch inoperable

Sent to West Northamptonshire Council less than a minute later. ref: 6844728.
The gate latch is impossible to open . This is a public footpath and no other means of crossing from one field to another- no stile or other gate.

Investigation: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. We have sent a letter to the landowner to notify them of the damage. We will re-inspect within the next 28 days and notify once completed.
